Biggest Loser Challenge Weekly Updates January 5th, 2010
Who says you have to be on TV to take place in The Biggest Loser? Urban Athletics is proud to offer our own local, and much less invasive version of the hit TV show!
Starting the week of January 11th, clients who sign up for our “Elite Performance Package” at any of our locations will be entered into the challenge. We will record your weight at the beginning of the session and again at the end of the session.
Here we are, days after the ball dropping, champagne toasts and midnight kisses. The time of year when millions of people make resolutions as they close one chapter in their lives and toast a new one, hoping 2010 will bring joy, prosperity and…weight loss.
