About Tucson Athletic Boot Camp

We pride ourselves on keeping our classes smaller so each participant gets more one-on-one time, ensuring you get the most from each class. By incorporating a team-based approach we encourage, challenge and motivate you to take your fitness to a new high. Our fitness program reaches far beyond seeking immediate results and provides you with the skills you need to achieve long-term success. Every class is different so you never get bored! We incorporate cardiovascular exercises with strength and core training to provide a full-body workout that includes work with sandbags, medicine balls, circuit routines and hill exercises. During the class you will engage in a variety of workouts – including modified squats, lunges, sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups and dips, combined with sprints, hill climbs, crab-crawls, and jumping jacks – all designed to push yourself to the edge and achieve your ultimate fitness goals!

About Boot Camp Classes

Paul Rose & Naomi Reed have a combined 28 years of fitness experience. We have thorough backgrounds in nutrition, strength training and a multitude of other training options. We are proficient in practices from aerobics and cardiovascular exercise to strength training and yoga.
