Over the past two years we have had the opportunity to help people get into great shape and have a great time doing it.  Our biggest reward is watching people make small changes to their lives that lead to big results when it comes to their fitness level and body type. One of our members has a blog that she regularly posts and she has built up quite a following doing it.  Most recently she decided to write about her experience in our boot camp.

As the owner of Urban Athletics, it is very easy to get bogged down with the “non-fitness’ aspects of the business, but from time to time something will happen that helps to re-affirm everything we do, and the impact we try to make on others lives. This post is one such case.
